We want you to love your purchase — however, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

We do not accept returns on gift cards or final sale items.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@lequenn.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending your item back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for your preferred piece.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the defect.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
